As the International Yoga Day (IYD) is nearing, yoga enthusiasts around the world are prepping to spread the yoga mat for a shot of a yoga show that could be possible any which way. Prime minister Narendra Modi, the man behind the Yoga Day idea, as declared by the United Nations in 2015, has been seen in the forefront of the yoga session held in the national capital as the central event IYD.

This year ahead of the D-day on June 21, PM modi has been tweeting videos of asana, featuring himself in animated graphics. Starting with Trikonasana June 4, he urged all to make yoga an integral part of life.

Since then, he has been regularly tweeting the videos of other asana, one at a time. The easy to learn videos come with instructions in Hindi, along with information on benefits and limitation of each posture. Certainly, they should inspire his 48 million Twitter followers to take up yoga, if not already initiated into it.
