Supreme Court

New agency ANI has reported that the Supreme Court has listed hearing on petitions challenging the validity of Article 35A from February 26 to February 28.

The Article forbids Indian citizens outside Jammu and Kashmir to buy properties and get state government jobs in the state.

The NGO, We the Citizens,  had filed the petition in the Supreme Court in 2014.
